WARRANTY AND COMMERCIAL COMPLIANCE:
Lordsworld is responsible for any defects in products offered on the site lordsworld.eu, including non conformity of the items to the products ordered, pursuant to the provisions of the Italian legislation.
All return shipping costs for defective products will be borne by us.
Free return of item if the item purchased has been delivered damaged, is defective, is not what you ordered, or otherwise does not conform to the contract of sale.
Order return and refund request cab be applied in the following ways:

After the lapse of 30 days from delivery, you will be able to get warranty service for items sold by Lordsworld by contacting our Customer Service by clicking on Contact us.

We will respond by providing a label made for the shipment.
Remember that each label is associated to a product specific return request. If you need to return items from different orders, you'll need to use the correct label for each package, unless the items are not suitable to be returned with a single package.
The prepaid labels cannot be used if you are sending your parcel to a country other than the country specified on the shipping label.
When returning an item that falls under warranty for free replacement using prepaid label, you will not be charged any fees.
Once the return procedure has been initiated, you will have to return the original item within 15 days from the date you received our acceptance notification of return/refund/replacement request.
If you have requested a refund, check the status of your refund within “my account" section. The refund will be made and you will be promptly informed only after receiving the original package as described in point 2.
If we do not receive the original article within this time period, we reserve the right to cancel the request as we consider the lack of return as an after thought.
For the reimbursement of promotional items, discounts, and miscellaneous, the refund is applied, at the same price of purchase by applying any changes where necessary.
